Refund Policy

We want BookHook Crafter to earn its place in your author toolkit. If it doesn’t, we’ll give you your money back.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This covers monthly plan payments and launch packs. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle. To ask for one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or email us at annelizabethbriars@gmail.com and we’ll help.
Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time from Plans → Manage billing in BookHook Crafter. You keep your plan until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all BookHook Crafter orders. Its refund policy also applies. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to withdraw from a purchase under the law where you live.
